Job Summary

SAP PMGM Consultant Job Requirements:

Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors specifically in Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) module
Hands-on experience in end-to-end PMGM implementation and support projects
Ability to configure performance forms goal plans route maps and rating scales
Experience in calibration sessions performance reviews and goal alignment processes
Knowledge of role-based permissions (RBP) and system security setup
Strong understanding of HR business processes and performance management cycles
Valid SAP PMGM Related certificates
Onsite resource 12 Month extendable
Arabic speaking mandatory
