- Collaborate with the Production Engineering Projects and Sales departments to ensure adherence to established procedures standards systems and processes.
- Provide feedback and training to assembly staff to enhance quality awareness and compliance.
- Participate in quality audits and assist in the development of corrective actions for identified issues.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Assurance or a related field
- 2-3 years experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing or assembly setting
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001) or other relevant quality certifications
- Experience with statistical process control and quality improvement methodologies
- Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance processes within manufacturing or assembly environments
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and techniques including measurement devices and checklists
- Excellent attention to detail with a systematic approach to inspections and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement corrective actions
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with assembly personnel and management
