The Sales Promoter will be responsible for driving product sales increasing market penetration and strengthening brand presence across assigned territories. The role requires a proactive and target-driven individual with strong field sales experience and a good understanding of Lagos market dynamics particularly within retail distribution and HORECA channels.
Drive sales across retail stores supermarkets and open markets within assigned territories
Identify and onboard new distributors hotels and caterers across B2B and HORECA channels
Promote products through in-store engagement activations and customer interactions
Ensure strong product visibility effective merchandising and optimal stock levels across outlets
Build and maintain relationships with retailers distributors and hospitality partners
Achieve sales targets and expand market reach within assigned locations
Provide weekly reports on sales performance customer feedback and market trends
Requirements
Minimum of OND HND Marketing Business Administration or a related field
13 years experience in sales preferably within FMCG or food products
Proven ability to drive sales and onboard new business clients
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-driven result-oriented and familiar with Lagos market terrain
Ability to work independently and effectively manage assigned territories
