What youwill do

As aSpecialist Software Engineer - Full Stack & AI youllwork at the intersection of science data and innovation.Youllcollaborate with world-class experts across domains to build high-impact digital solutions that accelerate research streamline operations and empower better patient outcomes.

The Software Engineer is responsible for designing developing and maintaining software applications and solutions that meet business needs and ensuring the availability and performance of critical systems and applications. This role involves working closely with product managers designers and other engineers to create high-quality scalable software solutions and automating operations monitoring system health and responding to incidents to minimize downtime.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design develop and deployapplications that utilizeLLMslike OpenAI GPT
Possesses strong rapid prototyping skills and can quickly translate concepts into working code
Provide technical guidance and mentorship tojunior developers.
Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to software delivery scope risk and timeline
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders todiscussrequirements ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and businessobjectives while effectively communicating any technical limitations or constraints.
Contribute to both front-end and back-end developmentusing cloud technology.
Develop innovative solution using generative AI technologies
Define and implement robust software architectureson the cloud AWS preferred
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Create andmaintaindocumentation on software architecture design deployment disaster recovery and operations.
Identifyand resolve technical challenges effectively.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements
Work closely withproductteam business team and other stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree with 4 - 6 years of experience in Computer Science IT or related field OR
Bachelors degree with 6 - 8 years of experience in Computer Science IT or related field OR
Diploma with 10 - 12 years of experience in Computer Science IT or related field

Functional Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

Hands on experience with various cloud services understand pros and cons of various cloud service in well architected cloud design principles

Hands on experience with Full Stack software development. Proficient in programminglanguageReact and Python (preferred) other JavaScript frameworks C# SQL/NoSQL etc.

Strong problem solvinganalytical skills; Ability to learn quickly; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experienced with API integration serverlessmicroservicesarchitecture.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in SQL/NOSQL database vector database for large language models
Experience with popular large language models
Experience withLangchainorllamaIndexframework for language models
Experience with prompt engineering model fine tuning

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with global virtual teams
High degree of initiative and self-motivation
