We are currently looking for Russian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international team supporting business clients using modern digital advertising solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in technology online platforms and customer experience who want to build an international career in Portugal.
You will support business users who advertise online helping them solve technical questions improve their campaigns and better understand available tools. The role offers a dynamic fast-paced environment with strong training and career development opportunities.
Your responsibilities:
Provide support to business customers via chat email and phone
Assist clients with questions related to online advertising tools and campaign performance
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through platform features
Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support
Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Requirements:
Fluent Russian language (spoken and written) - C2 level
Good level of English language (minimum B2 level)
Interest in technology online platforms or digital marketing
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Valid work permit for Portugal (mandatory)
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Working schedule:
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday
Working hours scheduled between 07:00 and 00:00
Salary and benefits:
Base monthly salary: 1237 gross without accommodation or 1050 gross with company-provided accommodation
