Swedish/Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support & Reactivation Specialist Lisbon Portugal
Introduction A leading global customer experience provider is recruiting Swedish/Norwegian-speaking Specialists for a remote role in Portugal. This position supports a fast-growing subscription-based service focusing on managing customer accounts and re-engaging former members to ensure a high-quality customer journey.
Your Role * Outbound Engagement: Contact former or inactive customers via calls email and chat to understand their needs and encourage them to reactivate their service.
- Customer Support: Provide professional and engaging assistance to current users across multiple communication channels.
- Subscription Management: Assist with account updates plan changes and delivery inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer concerns and provide tailored solutions to improve their overall experience.
- Retention: Play a key role in customer retention and overall satisfaction by maintaining high service quality standards.
Your Qualifications * Language Skills: Fluent Swedish&Norwegian (C1/C2) and a good command of English.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support sales or contact centers is an advantage.
- Communication: Strong persuasion and communication skills particularly for outbound phone interactions.
- Mindset: Customer-focused proactive and able to work toward performance targets.
- Adaptability: Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast-paced multicultural team environment.
The Offer * Position: Full-time work from home role (40 hours per week).
