Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support & Reactivation Specialist Lisbon Portugal
Introduction A leading global customer experience provider is seeking Norwegian-speaking Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon. You will support a fast-growing subscription service focusing on managing customer accounts and re-engaging former members across several European markets.
Your Role * Outbound Engagement: Contact former or inactive customers via calls email and chat to understand their needs and encourage them to restart their service.
Customer Support: Provide professional and engaging assistance to current users across multiple communication channels.
Account Management: Assist with subscription management including plan updates delivery tracking and account maintenance.
Problem Solving: Identify customer concerns and provide tailored solutions to improve the overall journey.
Retention: Contribute directly to customer retention and overall satisfaction by maintaining high service quality standards.
Your Qualifications * Language Skills: Fluent Norwegian (C1/C2) and a good command of English.
Experience: Previous experience in customer support sales or contact center environments is an advantage.
Communication: Strong persuasion and communication skills especially for outbound phone interactions.
Mindset: Customer-focused proactive and capable of working toward performance targets.
Adaptability: Comfortable using digital tools and working in a multicultural team environment.
The Offer * Position: Full-time on-site role in Lisbon (40 hours per week).
Training: 6 days of fully paid structured onboarding and training.
