For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM and/or RMK).
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors or related HRIS solutions.
Demonstrated experience in at least three end-to-end Recruiting implementations.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Experience in system configuration testing and deployment.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (mandatory) and Portuguese (optional)
Availability for a hybrid work model 1 time a week in the Lisbon Braga or Coimbra office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit).
