The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist you will support customers with a variety of queries related to product features technical issues and general account questions. You will deliver high-quality customer service across multiple channels and ensure each interaction reflects a strong and consistent brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and social media
Provide pre-sales support general assistance and technical troubleshooting
Assist with issues related to e-commerce software hardware and connectivity
Accurately document all customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
Fluent in German and good level of English
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people
Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus
