Salary: €1100 gross/month (paid 14 times per year) €135 gross/month (paid 11 times per year - language bonus) Up to €120 gross/month (performance bonus)

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between the operational hours of: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
Relocation: Available subsidised room in company apartment - Small monthly deduction covering rent and utilities

The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist you will support customers with a variety of queries related to product features technical issues and general account questions. You will deliver high-quality customer service across multiple channels and ensure each interaction reflects a strong and consistent brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and social media
- Provide pre-sales support general assistance and technical troubleshooting
- Assist with issues related to e-commerce software hardware and connectivity
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
- Fluent in German and good level of English
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people
- Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus
