Job Summary
Position: Customer Experience Consultant
Work Hours (Client): 10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
Role Overview
The client is looking for a skilled customer experience professional who will be a responsible steward of the clients brand providing their customers with accurate helpful guidance on health and fitness.
The Customer Experience Consultant will work closely with the Customer Experience Manager and other CX team members to uphold and bolster the clients reputation by providing excellent service in every customer interaction. They will be expected to quickly and effectively execute resolutions to customer issues and concerns provide accurate helpful answers and guidance for customers on health and fitness-related topics and maintain a friendly professional attitude with customers and colleagues at all times. The Customer Experience Consultant will be expected to end every customer interaction with the customer feeling positively about the solution to their problem and the answer to their question(s)
What Youll Do:
- Provide timely helpful and friendly support to customers who contact the client on various platforms (website chat phone calls emails social media text message etc.). This support includes the following:
- Resolving customer complaints and issues regarding order delivery website navigation and product use.
- Answering diet training and supplement questions
- Accurately and efficiently perform tasks in the WooCommerce platform including processing orders creating orders submitting refunds editing orders canceling orders and more.
- Keep track of customer complaints and concerns.
- Identify existing or potential problems based on customer interactions and report them to the Customer Experience Manager or Sr. Director of Customer Experience as needed
