What your typical day will look like:

As the Associate Digital Director you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end digital strategy and execution for key client accounts ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-impact full-funnel campaigns. The individual will act as a strategic partner to clients translating data and consumer insights into actionable plans while driving collaboration across internal teams and partner agencies. As a leader within the organization they will oversee digital planners champion innovation and best practices and ensure excellence in campaign delivery performance optimization and client servicing.

Other responsibilities include:

• Lead the development and execution of full-funnel digital strategies ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
• Manage and mentor digital planners overseeing campaign planning execution optimization and performance analysis.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for digital strategy and business growth.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and partner agencies to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Spearhead new business pitches and contribute to the growth of the business through innovative and strategic digital proposals.

A bit about you:

• Strong experience in digital marketing strategy with the ability to translate consumer insights into impactful campaigns.
• Proven leadership and client management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
