Manage allocated tasks ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare compliance work using firm workpapers and procedures
Meet KPIs and contribute to divisional outcomes
Plan and manage workload to meet turnaround expectations
Track job budgets and work within expectations
Maintain accurate workpapers and system records
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Ensure compliance with tax obligations (income tax GST FBT PAYG)
Collaborate with Senior Accountants on workflow and deliverables
Apply review feedback to improve quality and reduce rework
Non-Core Responsibilities 15%
Participate in team initiatives and projects
Contribute to process improvements
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge
Engage in learning and development

Position Requirements:
CA/CPA (or working towards)
02 years experience in accounting
Knowledge of Australian taxation fundamentals
Ability to prepare compliance work to trial balance
Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g. Xero XPM)
