Role Overview:
This is a systems and automation role not a marketing recruiting or administrative position.
As our GTM Systems Engineer you will design and build the infrastructure that connects our CRM outreach tools and engagement dataturning signals into clear actionable next steps for our team. Your work will directly impact who we contact when we contact them and how consistently we follow up.
Mission: Build a system where no opportunity is missed and no follow-up is forgotten.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
All contacts and activity are centralized and structured within JobAdder
Automated systems are in place to capture and route new leads
Engagement signals across platforms are tracked and connected
A daily who to contact and why action list is actively used by leadership
Manual processes and missed follow-ups are significantly reduced
Core Responsibilities
1. Automation & System Architecture
Build and manage workflows using Zapier (or similar tools)
Design scalable systems connecting CRM outreach and engagement platforms
Ensure clean reliable and efficient data flow across systems
2. CRM Ownership (System of Record)
Own and optimize JobAdder as the central CRM
Standardize data structure including tags statuses and activity tracking
Ensure all relevant activity is accurately captured within the CRM
3. Tool Integration & Data Flow
Integrate and maintain data across:
(email activity)
Dripify (LinkedIn activity)
Mailchimp (newsletter engagement)
CoRecruit (call insights)
LinkedIn Sales Navigator (job changes company signals)
Goal: Create one unified system of contacts activity and engagement signals
4. Signal Aggregation & Intent Tracking
Capture engagement signals from web email LinkedIn and video platforms
Translate signals into actionable insights such as alerts tasks and follow-ups
Ensure no warm lead or engagement opportunity is missed
5. Trigger-Based Tasking & Workflow Automation
Build automated workflows that assign tasks and trigger follow-ups
Route leads to appropriate workflows based on behavior and signals
Create systems that guide daily execution for leadership and VAs
6. Daily Action Engine (Top Priority)
Develop a daily system that answers: Who should we contact todayand why
Generate prioritized contact lists based on engagement signals
Recommend next actions for outreach and follow-up
7. VA Enablement & System Design
Build scalable workflows that virtual assistants can execute
Create SOPs checklists and quality control processes
Design systems that are usable repeatable and efficient
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
Strong experience with automation tools (e.g. Zapier)
Proven ability to integrate multiple systems (CRM outreach tools data sources)
CRM architecture mindset (data structure workflows data hygiene)
Experience in sales recruiting or pipeline-driven environments
Ability to translate activity and data into clear next actions
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with APIs webhooks or custom integrations
Familiarity with LinkedIn automation and email sequencing tools
Experience building dashboards or reporting systems
