Job Summary

Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer in a timely and accurate way via email or chat placing orders inquiring about an order product information and general order assistance
  • Identify customers needs clarify information research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
  • Stay current with industry changes/trends to provide best in class service
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets


Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • At Least 2 years of customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in email support role is an advantage
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Able to respond to customer in a timely and accurate way via email or chat
  • With Good Communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Consistent attention to detail and quality
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Strong time management skills
  • Flexibility with scheduling is preferred as we will have an occasional need to cover evening and/or weekend shifts
  • Jeep Enthusiast/Automotive Experience a plus
