Administrative duplicates (e.g. related to relocation absence coverage etc.)
Interns (short periods of assignments relating to those from educational institutes). For these positions use either the Student or Intern job profile found under the Internship Job Family Group.

In general project positions are intended to be reviewed and assigned a job grade. Only if the following apply may such positions be marked as Ungraded Not To Be Evaluated:
The intended duration should be for fewer than 18 months (and will not be extended)
AND
The position is not covered by existing job descriptions or job ladders or the scope is difficult to assess and likely to change significantly throughout the project.
