As a Strategic Account Executive you will be responsible for driving the strategic relationship between Databricks and a large Financial Services customer ensuring the successful adoption and expansion of Databricks solutions. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges and leverage Databricks technology to deliver impactful solutions.
The impact you will have:
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan for the customer aligning with their business objectives and goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers including C-level executives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the account expanding the footprint of Databricks solutions
- Collaborate with Databricks internal teams including sales solutions engineering and customer success and external ecosystem partners to ensure seamless delivery and support
- Serve as the primary point of contact addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends challenges and opportunities and provide insights to help shape Databricks product and service offerings
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
What we look for:
- Proven experience in a global account management role preferably within the technology or data analytics industry
- Strong understanding of the Financial Services industry understanding the trends main challenges and business initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and drive revenue growth
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You will be leading the account team and orchestrating the Databricks resources on the account
- Fluency in English is reqeuired
