This exciting role sits within the Workplace Experience organization and is seeking a fun engaging initiative-taking and detail-oriented Receptionist who will provide support to our sales office space and team in Mexico City Mexico!
NOTE: All resumes must be in English.
Core Responsibilities
Office Operations Management:
Ensure the office environment is clean functional and safe by coordinating office service requests including office operations Life Safety and security.
Support general office services such as supply ordering and restocking any onsite snack and pantry programming mail and package shipping and receiving and more.
Manage the visitor processes including reception registration and welcoming of visiting employees new employees vendors and guests.
Support day-to-day tasks needed to keep the office running including coordination of vendors receiving and scheduling deliveries and managing mail services.
Assist with various ad hoc projects including the next office move and general workplace efforts.
Community Engagement:
Support the planning and execution of all aspects of various group events meetings celebrations holiday parties and team-building activities both in the office and occasionally offsite with guidance from the global and regional workplace strategy and local engagement priorities.
Financial and Budgetary Tasks:
Financial administration support including invoice submissions expense processing creating purchases orders and vendor management.
General office and Administrative Support:
This may include filing inventory management creation of materials and documents office communications parking and other local benefits support and other general administrative duties.
Problem Solving and Adaptability:
Addressing unexpected challenges promptly and adapting to changing priorities.

Your main role is to oversee the smooth operation of the office every single day be a welcoming host to anyone coming into our office all while supporting positive experiences for all office members! By being an integral part of our day-to-day youll partner closely with the office administrator and together you will form the glue that keeps the office working smoothly.
Do you have what it takes
Youll need organization and problem-solving skills as well as:
Patient warm and friendly personality open minded and enjoys working with people.
Working knowledge of MS Office and general office IT.
Proven experience within office support and reception or similar roles is preferred.
Having a knowledge and interest in social media event planning and project coordination can be beneficial.
Strong written and verbal English skills needed.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Positive and encouraging personality. Building positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
