Job Summary
- JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Analyst
- REPORTS TO: Quality Assurance Manager
- JOB SUMMARY: Perform Quality Assurance Department functions operational and administrative support.
- LOCATION: Tlalnepantla Mexico.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Issuance of analytical certificates comparison of specifications.
Updating HACCP system Quality and Safety Management System and specifications.
Support in internal and external audits (customers authorities etc.)
Registration and monitoring of change controls corrective actions KPIs claims etc.
Technical-documentary support for sales warehouse etc.
Regulations/ standards review applicable to quality and safety (NOMs ISO FDA etc.)
Inspection and raw materials release packaging materials and finished products.
Promote a culture of quality and food safety to all personnel involved in the Integrated Management System.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Chemical Engineer Biochemical Engineer Food Engineer Biotechnology Engineer Food Chemist Biologist Pharmacist. (Collage degree preferred)
- Previous experience in companies distributing or Industrial Laboratory food or pharmaceutical products.
- Knowledge at GMP GDP GSP etc. Risk Management
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical capabilities. A keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to work independently.
