Global Sales Operations Coordinator

What will you work on
The Global Sales Operations Coordinator helps provide support to all global teams within the organization through the sourcing and acquisition of physical samples throughout all stages of development. This role is responsible for assisting all departments in acquiring assets they may require for key programs retailer events and campaigns.

How will you create impact

• Execute Seasonal Planogram requests for Global retailer accounts.
• Support Global operational teams in acquiring any samples or packaging assets that are needed for buyer reviews retailer events or ads/catalogue needs.
• Manage flow of production samples for all internal teams.
• Develop and implement process improvements where opportunities are identified.
• Communicate and work with cross-functional teams to acquire samples directly from manufacturers in Asia Europe and Mexico when samples are not domestically available.
• Works alongside operations teams for sample orders that are needed in support of global business needs.
• Provide overall support and coordination of product items at all stages of development.
• Work directly with factories to acquire early production samples as needed.
• Provide administrative support to Global Sales Sample Support Team.

What are your skills and experience

• Project management experience an asset.
• Experience using SAP an asset.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Logistics experience is an asset
