Job Summary
- Administration and management of the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Department.
- Creation and administration of preventive maintenance plans including the spare parts required for their execution.
- Scheduling of maintenance activities based on available resources.
- Development and administration of procedures to standardize maintenance technicians activities.
- Auditing of the plants maintenance system.
- Administration of maintenance management systems such as SAP and CMMS.
- Department Continues improvement administration
Qualifications :
Engineering Background
- Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering or related
Technical Skills
- Problem solving
- Advanced English
- Advanced Excel
- Intermediate Power BI
- Predictive Maintenance (PdM) concepts
- Work Execution Management (WEM) concepts
- Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) concepts
- Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt certification desired)
- Advanced preventive maintenance concepts
