We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Manager to join our Business Processes & Information team!
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and implement process improvement initiatives using the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to drive efficiency quality and cost optimization.
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects and workshops identifying root causes and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to align improvement initiatives with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Analyze operational processes identify waste and implement Lean principles to streamline workflows and enhance performance.
- Manage multi-functional improvement projects from problem identification through implementation and control phases.
- Develop and support local improvement strategies ensuring engagement and alignment across teams and departments.
- Monitor project performance through indicators data analysis and reporting ensuring measurable business impact.
- Coach and support teams in Lean thinking and continuous improvement culture building internal capability for long-term operational excellence

The department drives strategic improvements by bringing to bear process mining advanced analytics and end-to-end process transformation to generate data- driven insights and optimize business performance. It also applies Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodologies and fosters collaboration to simplify complexity enhance efficiency and enable new ways of working.
Do you have what it takes
- Certification to Green Belt or Black Belt level DMAIC 6 Sigma.
- Relevant experience within GBS process improvement.
- Experience of using SAP Minitab Process Mining
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Demonstrates understanding of how to optimize end-to-end global processes
- Skilled in stakeholder management coaching storytelling facilitating workshops project management
- Dedicated team player curious eager to learn and proactive.
