About this role:

We are seeking a Sales Executivein Mexico. This role will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding relationships within existing accounts focusing on consultative and solution-based salesin areas such as:

  • Modern Workplace & End-User Services

  • Cloud & IT Outsourcing (ITO)

  • Cybersecurity & Zero Trust

The ideal candidate is a hunter profile with strong consultative skills capable of engaging C-level executives understanding business challenges and translating them into DXC solutions that deliver measurable value.

What Youll Do:

  • Identify develop and close new business opportunities within the Mexican enterprise market.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cyclefrom prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives (CIO CFO COO CISO).

  • Act as a trusted advisor performing consultative discovery and aligning DXCs GIS portfolio with customer needs.

  • Collaborate with solution architects delivery leaders and partners to craft competitive proposals.

  • Drive account planning forecasting and pipeline management using DXCs CRM tools.

  • Represent DXC in industry events forums and customer workshops in Mexico.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelors degreein Business Administration IT Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 510 years of experiencein IT services sales with a proven track record in consultative and solution-selling environments.

  • Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing cloud services cybersecurity and digital workplace solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in closing complex multi-million-dollar deals.

  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build relationships across business and IT stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English(oral and written).

In addition to the basic qualifications noted above we find that individuals who are successful in this role have:

  • Experience with international or global clients.

  • Knowledge of emerging and trending digital technologies (ie. AI Mobility Blockchain Machine Learning RPA IoT etc.) and how they intersect with industry-related business patterns.

  • Advanced level of English language.
