Executive- Investor Services

As an Executive within the Investor Services team you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely transfer agency activities while maintaining excellent service standards. You will manage a broad range of investor related processes and act as a key point of contact for clients and investors.

What you will do

• Youll manage the full transfer agency process including subscriptions redemptions transfers trade processing and investor reporting
• Youll communicate daily with clients and investors and handle all investor instructions with accuracy and timely delivery
• Youll ensure compliance with FATCA CRS Customer Due Diligence and approvals for Omnibus Accounts and Politically Exposed Persons
• Youll provide accurate and up to date investor information registers and reports to Accounting and Company Secretarial teams
• Youll identify and escalate potential client issues maintain strong information security practices and support ongoing operational planning

Qualifications :

About You

• You have proven experience in transfer agency operations investor services or fund administration
• You have strong understanding of regulatory requirements including FATCA CRS and Customer Due Diligence
• You have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client and investor relationships
• You have high attention to detail with strong organisational and problemsolving abilities
• You are proficient in investor reporting systems and comfort working in a deadlinedriven environment
