Job Summary

10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare provider/Hospitals domain.
In-depth knowledge of EMR/EHR systems HIS modules (e.g. Clinical Management Patient
Management RCM Lab Radiology) and patient engagement digital platforms.
Strong understanding of value-based care clinical workflows and population health
initiatives.
Experience working with patient experience tools or platforms aimed at improving outcomes
and satisfaction.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to collaborate with
clinical leaders operations and IT teams.
Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies including user story creation backlog grooming and
sprint ceremonies.
Familiarity with JIRA Confluence or similar tools for managing requirements and
documentation.
