The APAC Corporate team is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Executive to take ownership of the full AP function ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency across the region.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice processing expense claims payment runs (ACH telegraphic transfers cheques) and vendor management.
  • Ensure all AP activities comply with company policies internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead credit card reconciliations and maintain the credit card register.
  • Manage the AP mailbox resolving queries promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise the upload and posting of weekly semi-monthly and monthly regional field vouchers.
  • Support the Finance and Project Management teams with reporting process documentation and system improvements.
  • Drive the use of technology and innovation to improve AP processes and introduce new ways of working.
  • Assist in risk management quality assurance and maintaining accurate business data.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a subject matter expert for AP-related queries providing proactive support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build capability within the team role model positive behaviours and support the onboarding and training of junior team members.
  • Take ownership of deliverables and contribute to process improvement through innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to resolve complex issues and manage stakeholder expectations.

Reporting & Relationships

  • Report directly to the Senior Finance Executive (APAC).
  • Attend team meetings regional town halls and regular 1:1 meetings.
  • Liaise with APAC Corporate project teams colleagues service providers and other stakeholders.


Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen with a strong understanding of accounting principles and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure.
