Senior Backend Engineer Functions

Join a highly-skilled development team based in Vilnius where youll create features used by millions of users around the your day-to-day you will:

• Collaborate across backend and frontend to deliver features end-to-end you wont work in isolation but youre expected to contribute meaningfully on both sides of the stack

• Design build and evolve SPIs and APIs together with the team plugging into Wixs business logic ecosystem across multiple business areas

• Collaborate closely with product managers designers and engineers across teams to ship cohesive high-quality experiences

• Apply AI-assisted development tools to move faster and raise the quality bar

• Set technical direction within the team influence architecture decisions define patterns and raise the engineering bar

• Write clean testable production-grade code that runs at massive scale

• Help shape how the team works not just what it builds

Qualifications :

• 5 years of software engineering experience

• Proficiency in at least one of: Scala Java or

• Excellent English language skills

• Curiosity to touch & learn frontend 

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Pragmatic approach to quality you know when to move fast and when to be rigorous

Salary range is 6000 - 8000 Eur GROSS / month (Total compensation including RSUs package)
