We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join the Private Wealth Regulatory Reporting team. This role is responsible for the preparation validation and delivery of regulatory reports as well as supporting data controls and reporting enhancements across Hong Kong and Singapore regulatory regimes.
This is a hands-on role suited for candidates with strong data skills and experience in regulatory reporting or operations within financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review periodic regulatory reports in accordance with HKMA and MAS requirements
Perform data extraction validation and reconciliation across multiple systems and data sources
Act as maker/checker to ensure accuracy completeness and timeliness of regulatory submissions
Partner with Compliance Risk Finance and Operations to clarify reporting requirements and resolve data issues
Support implementation of regulatory changes and assess impact on existing reporting processes
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for reporting enhancements and automation initiatives
Maintain and update reporting procedures and documentation
Handle ad hoc regulatory requests and internal management reporting
Requirements
37 years of experience in regulatory reporting operations or finance data roles within banking or financial services
Hands-on experience preparing or supporting regulatory reports (HKMA / MAS preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (large datasets reconciliation data validation)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Compliance Risk and Finance
Familiarity with data tools (e.g. SQL Power BI) is an advantage
Understanding of Private Wealth Management products is a plus
Preferred Profile
Experience in a maker/checker reporting environment
Exposure to regulatory reporting templates and submission processes
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and willing to take ownership of reporting deliverables
