We are now seeking an Assistant Vice President / Vice President Strategy Executive Office to work closely with our Senior Executive to support business priorities decision-making and execution across the Group. This role acts as a thought partner to the Senior Executive helping translate strategic intent into clear actions and disciplined follow-through.

This position is well-suited to individuals with a strong background in management consulting or corporate strategy who are motivated to make a long-term impact within a global organization.

As an Assistant Vice President / Vice President Strategy Executive Office we rely on you to:

• Support the Senior Executive on key strategic priorities business reviews and group-level initiatives.
• Conduct analysis and research to support informed decision-making and long-term planning.
• Prepare clear concise materials for senior leadership and board discussions.
• Drive coordination and follow-through on Senior Executive-sponsored initiatives across functions and business units.
• Track progress identify risks and help resolve issues to ensure timely execution.
• Support special projects such as transformation initiatives innovation programs and new business opportunities.
• Represent the Senior Executive in selected meetings or workstreams as appropriate.

We are looking for someone who:

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Management Consulting/ Corporate Strategy
• Degree-qualified in business economics finance or a related discipline.
• Solid experience in management consulting corporate strategy or a Senior Executive Office environment.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior leaders and manage complex cross-functional topics.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complexity into clear insights.
• Strong business acumen to understand business goals and translate to technology enablers
• Effective negotiating influencing and communication skills to clearly articulate business topics to senior executives
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Professional in spoken and written English and Chinese
