What you will do at Signaturit Group A Namirial Company
Collaborate with the sales team (direct and channel) to understand customer and partner requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver product presentations demos and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects.
Respond to RFPs RFIs and technical questionnaires.
Customize solutions based on client needs and ensure feasibility with internal technical teams.
Act as a trust advisor during client meetings and calls.
Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales by ensuring proper handover to implementation teams.
Stay up-to-date with product developments and industry trends.
Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on client interactions.
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context
Over five years of experience in pre-sales technical sales or solution engineering roles working closely with sales teams and customers to design and deliver tailored technical solutions.
Strong expertise in API integrations and cloud computing environments with solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles SaaS architectures and networking technologies.
Proven ability to clearly communicate and present complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including executives and decision-makers.
Skilled at translating sophisticated technical concepts into clear business value propositions that address customer needs and drive adoption.
Fluent in French and English mandatory
