Job Summary

Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a commercially driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our Paris office. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic and mid-market clients across France and Southern role focuses on revenue growth contract renewals upselling and strengthening long-term partnerships while also ensuring day-to-day client support on existing technologies and services. The Account Manager will work closely with Customer Success Operations Product IT and Finance teams to ensure commercial success and client You Will Work OnCommercial Account ManagementOwn and manage a portfolio of assigned accountsDevelop account strategies aligned with revenue and growth targetsLead contract renewals and commercial negotiationsPrepare pricing proposals amendmentsBusiness Development within Existing AccountsIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Crisis24 services including travel risk management intelligence crisis response and assistance servicesDevelop expansion strategies to increase account penetrationClient Support & Technology Follow-UpProvide ongoing client support on existing Crisis24 technologies and platformsAct as a point of contact for day-to-day demandsEnsure timely follow-up of client requests in coordination with Product IT Operations and Support teamsMonitor service performance and ensure alignment with contractual commitments and SLAsEscalate and manage issues when necessary to ensure rapid resolutionClient Engagement & GovernanceParticipate in business reviews and governance meetings alongside Customer Success teamsPosition Crisis24 as a strategic partner rather than a service providerPipeline & Forecast ManagementMaintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systemsTrack revenue performance and provide monthly commercial reportingEnsure visibility on renewal timelines and commercial risksInternal CollaborationWork closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure alignment between service delivery and commercial objectivesCoordinate with Legal and Finance for contract management and complianceEngage Product and IT teams to align client needs with platform evolution and technical enhancementsWhat You Will BringMinimum 3 years of experience in account management sales or business developmentProven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targetsExperience in security services travel risk management SaaS or B2B services preferredStrong negotiation and contract management skillsLanguagesFluent French and English requiredAdditional languages such as Spanish Italian are a plusSkills & CompetenciesStrong commercial acumen and strategic mindsetExcellent negotiation and influencing skillsAbility to manage complex multinational stakeholdersResults-driven and proactiveStrong presentation and communication abilitiesHighly organized with strong follow-up disciplineComfortable working in a fast-paced international environmentWhat We OfferExposure to global multinational clients and high-profile accountsDynamic international environmentCompetitive compensation structure including performance-based incentivesCareer growth within a global risk management organization
