Infrastructure Project Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead the Tech Integration strategy and manage existing sites to ensure they comply with IT standards and utilize up-to-date this role you will lead operations in a fast-paced environment to deliver the best possible integration experience. The IT Project Manager will develop and communicate the overall strategic vision for technology integration within the Global Site Management Team that belongs to the Corporate IT division aligning with Believes corporate objectives and growth strategies.
As a member of the Global Site Management team and reporting to the Head of Global Site Management the IT Project Manager we are looking for will lead the Tech (incl. Corporate IT/workplace) integration of new subsidiaries and environments while managing existing sites to ensure they comply with IT standards and utilize up-to-date infrastructure.
This role involves a deep understanding of Tech issues and requirements as well as integration challenges and stakes. It requires the ability to quickly understand stakeholders and adapt to a multi-cultural environment while updating project sponsors. One of the main responsibilities is to anticipate technical constraints define integration frameworks and oversee methodologies to ensure successful on-time and on-budget delivery ensuring consistency and alignment with industry standards across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Tech integration strategy
Own the Global Site Blueprint (Checklists & Standards) for new integrations and existing site upgrades.
Oversee the Site Integration plan for the coming years (growth expectations) incl. Capacity Planning
Provide leadership and coordination to cross-functional integration teams.
Engage with stakeholders to implement IT Standards (Security guidelines legacy infrastructure optimization).
Identify and realize financial synergies and operational efficiencies.
Oversee the technical integration process via Gate Validations and technical checklists.
Manage risks and ensure alignment with global Security and IT compliance requirements.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure integration success and provide regular reports.
Conduct Post-deployment Audits (REX) and reviews to continuously improve deployment processes and the Blueprint.
It is expected to travel from time to time to the different sites
Build strong relationships with Americas and APAC teams in order to rely on them for local site trips.
Qualifications :
At least 10 years of proven experiences in Tech Project environment
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA software
M&A environment understanding and/or experience
Mandatory: Fluent in French and English (any other language is a plus)
