Financial Reporting & Control Analyst (Temp, 3-month)

Job Description:

This is a focused high-impact assignment ;not a routine audit role.

You will step into critical finance audit and investigation processes with a clear mandate: strengthen controls ensure compliance and drive decisive closure on key audit findings. This role requires someone who can quickly assess situations cut through complexity and bring structure where its needed most.

Working closely with finance teams and senior stakeholders youll operate with a high level of ownership moving audit activities forward with clarity discipline and sound judgment.

This role is best suited for professionals who are already strong in audit fundamentals and are ready to apply that expertise in a fast-moving execution-driven environment where expectations are high and impact is immediate.

Key Responsibilities

• Own audit workstreams end-to-end; from planning and documentation review through to tracking and driving closure of findings.
• Assess financial processes and controls with a critical lens identifying gaps inconsistencies and underlying risks.
• Partner with finance teams and business units to secure accurate data and ensure audit readiness without delays.
• Manage timelines dependencies and follow-ups with discipline ensuring audit activities move forward and close on time.
• Translate findings into clear structured outputs; reports summaries and presentations for management.
• Identify and push for practical improvements in controls processes and reporting quality.

A Bit About You

• At least 6 years of experience in audit finance compliance or investigation roles.
• Background from Big 4 / second-tier firms or in-house audit/compliance with strong exposure to financial controls and audit execution.
• Proven ability to own audit workstreams not just support; including stakeholder coordination and delivery of outputs.
• Strong analytical judgment; able to connect details identify root causes and recommend actionable solutions.
• Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized and reliable; able to manage multiple priorities without compromising accuracy.
• High integrity and professionalism especially when handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Open to a 3-month contract / project-based engagement with immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
