Job Summary
Is responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical services towards incoming guest requirement with regards to rooms and banquet inquiry.
Cooperates with other department / section mainly operational section such as banquet and kitchen for a smooth operation purpose.
Handles the visit customer to hotel related to conventions and events.
Qualifications :
Open minded.
Friendly and willing to assist people.
Accurates and able to work in team.
Understands and has sense of business and its urgency.
Informasi Tambahan :
Degree in Hotel Management school or general Business school.
Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes.
Technologies and distribution tools
- PMS (Opera or FOLS Fidelio V7 Hogatex Starlight Hotix).
- CRS (TARS data and resa main screens) and distribution channels.
Able to communicate effectively.
Fast typing is an advantage.
Communication skills : PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook.
Languages: fluent in the national language and good level in English
