Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a plastic manufacturing company with an excellent international track record based in West Java.

Job Responsibilities

Operational Supervision

• Oversee building and facility maintenance.
• Manage company licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise cleaning service operations to maintain workplace hygiene.
• Ensure security services are effectively implemented.
• Coordinate company transportation arrangements.
• Supervise canteen operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Handle visa processing and expatriate-related matters.

Management & Coordination

• Develop and implement GA work plans aligned with company standards.
• Coordinate with vendors third parties and government institutions.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on GA activities to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify areas for improvement in facilities and GA services.
• Recommend cost-efficient and quality-enhancing initiatives.
• Guide and develop GA team members to achieve professional performance standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree (preferably in Management Administration or related fields).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing end-to-end GA operations.
• Proven track record in supervising GA activities: building maintenance licensing cleaning service security transportation canteen visa and expatriate matters.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to company licensing and expatriate employment.
• Excellent communication coordination and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a results-oriented mindset.
• Willing to be placed in Cilegon Banten.
