Project Controller / Business Controller

Brøndby or Esbjerg

We are looking for a Controller with a strong focus on project controlling combined with solid reporting responsibilities. You will join our Finance & Controlling team and work closely with project managers operations and management to ensure transparency financial control and reliable decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Project controlling across multiple projects including budget followup cost tracking and variance analysis
• Monitoring project profitability and identifying financial risks
• Providing financial insights and decision support to project managers
• Monthly quarterly and annual management and group reporting
• Preparation of management reports analyses and adhoc financial support
• Supporting forecasting and budgetting processes
• Ensuring data quality and correct financial postings in D365
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of controlling and reporting processes

Your profile

• Relevant education within finance controlling or accounting
• Experience as a Controller preferably with a strong focus on project controlling
• Solid understanding of financial reporting cost control and project economics
• Experience with D365 (or similar ERP systems) is required
• Strong analytical skills with a structured and detailoriented approach
• Able to work independently and take ownership of your areas
• Comfortable collaborating closely with stakeholders across finance and operations

Language & IT skills

• Fluent English both written and spoken
• Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
• Strong Excel skills; experience with BI and reporting tools is an advantage
