We are working with a school who are recruiting for an organised Cover Manager for a prestigious Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Newcastle. Starting in September 2026 this full-time permanent position is perfect for someone who loves the fast pace of school logistics.
The Role Your mission is simple: ensure that very little learning time is lost. You will be responsible for the daily coordination of staff cover managing a team of internal supervisors and external agencies with total precision. We are looking for a professional who can lead by example and solve staffing puzzles before the first bell rings. You will utilise school management systems to provide the technical support required to maintain a scholarly well-ordered environment.
