The Role

A Senior e-Commerce Executive who wants to continue to build their career in e-Commerce working with some of the biggest partners in sports such as; Everton Red Bull Rangers Football Club and more.

Responsibilities

Manage online product assortment and promotions.

Oversee website performance usability and customer journey.

Plan and execute product launches seasonal campaigns and all promotional activity.

Analyse sales performance and optimise product visibility.

Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing merch and product teams.

Monitor performance using GA and Shopify Analytics.

Work with developers on site improvements and optimisations.

Manage and mentor e-Commerce Executives

Skills & Experience

Key Skills:

Technical expertise in Shopify

MS proficient particularly Excel

Basic knowledge of Paid Media SEO and CRM would be advantageous

An entrepreneurial spirit- take real ownership over their sites.

Personal Qualities:

A self-starter who is able to manage several projects and work under pressure

Excellent interpersonal skills

Team Player

Analytical Thinker

Good Communicator

An appreciation for sportswear and the Castore brand.
