Overview
The Director Client Partnerships (DCP) leads account strategy and programme direction translating client business challenges into impactful strategically aligned solutions. They own account performance including revenue profitability and financial frameworks while driving growth through up-selling cross-selling and new opportunities. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients they build strong relationships across their client base and ensure alignment across internal teams. This role also focuses on developing team members maintaining market and therapy area expertise and upholding compliance and quality standards. Success is defined by exceeding revenue targets delivering measurable impact high levels of client satisfaction and driving sustained account growth through strong leadership role modelling collaboration and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns account plans and aligns delivery to strategy.
- Defines programme strategy and client direction.
- Translates client business challenges into strategic programmes.
- Reviews materials for strategic alignment and impact.
- Owns account revenue profitability and financial frameworks.
- Establishes client financial agreements and approves reconciliations.
- Drives up-selling cross-selling and account expansion.
- May lead pitches and will be key drivers of proposal development.
- Builds strong cross client relationships including senior clients and acts as advisor.
- Aligns internal teams and drives collaboration.
- Maintains market client and therapy area awareness.
- Leads and develops CP team members -.
- Ensures compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Life Science Project Management or Business.
