We are recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-regarded early years setting in Lightwater.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate early years professional to join a nursery that combines a warm home-from-home environment with a strong focus on quality childcare play-based learning and child development. Key responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
Create a safe warm and stimulating environment for children
Support childrens learning development and wellbeing through engaging activities
Complete observations and contribute to planning and next steps
Build strong relationships with parents carers and colleagues
Promote safeguarding health and safety and best practice across the setting
Work collaboratively as part of the wider nursery team
Requirements:
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous nursery experience
Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive caring and proactive approach
Commitment to delivering high standards of childcare and education
