Nursery Practitioner

This role is based in a state-of-the-art nursery set on a leafy quiet residential road. The environment is well-resourced and thoughtfully designed with high ceilings large windows for natural light and spacious indoor and outdoor areas including a sensory garden and dedicated reading spaces.

The setting provides a structured well-equipped environment for delivering consistent early years education and will suit a Level 3 qualified practitioner who is confident in their practice values organisation and can contribute to a stable high-quality provision.

What Youll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Recent experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Understanding of EYFS and child development
• Ability to work full-time all year round

What Youll Do

• Deliver planned activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Support childrens development through structured play and learning
• Observe assess and record childrens progress
• Maintain a safe clean and organised learning environment
• Work with colleagues to ensure consistent daily routines
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers
