A highly successful Wimbledon based Asset Management company are looking to recruit an experienced residential Property Manager (Part Time) to help with the running of their substantial rental portfolio.

If you have a strong understanding of property management procedures and a passion for delivering excellent customer service this could be your perfect role.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a substantial portfolio of residential rental properties
• Handling maintenance coordination and property inspections
• Managing relationships with landlords tenants and contractors
• Issuing relevant legal notices and processing documentation
• Problem-solving efficiently and calmly under pressure
• Ensuring compliance with current property legislation
• Prioritising tasks and maintaining a highly organised workload

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum of 12 months experience in property management or lettings administration
• High standard of customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and professional appearance
• Self-motivated organised and able to work independently
• Knowledge of the Petersfield area (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• A professional and proactive attitude
