Role: Fulfilment Manager
Location: Sandy
Hours: 8AM - 4PM (flexible)
Salary: 32000 - 35000
Were looking for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to lead a busy fulfilment operation keep stock accurate and ensure all client orders are processed correctly and on time. This role suits someone hands-on organised and confident managing people in a fast-paced production packing or print environment.
What will you be doing
- Oversee daily fulfilment activity stock control and documentation.
- Ensure all goods in/out meet customer SLAs.
- Lead support and train the fulfilment team.
- Maintain accurate data on Workx/MIS systems.
- Support incoming/outgoing deliveries when required.
- Work closely with Operations Production and Client Services to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
Experience/qualifications required:
- Experience in fulfilment/production/packing (5 years ideal).
- Confident people manager with a hands-on approach
- Strong attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Reliable organised and committed to delivering a high standard of work.
