Job Summary
Sesonal Chef De Partie
We are looking for a proven enthusiastic and hardworking Chef De Partie to join our team.
Core responsibilities will include ensuring all kitchen operations and activities are carried out in full compliance with the companys operating standards and procedures and the Head Chefs instructions. You will work in conjunction with other Chefs providing clear and consistent direction to the wider team. You are expected to effectively manage your team in the absence of our Group Head Chef.
You will have...
- A minimum of 1 years experience working within a similar role
- Extensive experience working in a high volume restaurant
- An extensive array of culinary skills & knowledge
- Food Hygiene level 2
- Experience managing and working with a large diverse and experienced team
- High standards for producing quality fresh food
- Excellent & proven track record in leadership and mentoring skills
