Lifeguard Full Time

Colets Health and Fitness a large independent health club based in Thames Ditton Surrey and we are currently looking for full time lifeguards.

Role:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated lifeguards to join our team.

In this role you will be expected to promote and deliver effective safeguarding practices across all activities.

Main Duties:
Ensure swimmers are safe enforce water safety policies & pool regulations
Respond to emergencies and carry out rescues
Provide basic first aid and CPR

Skills:

Understanding of safety responsibilities of a lifeguard
Knowledge of pool safety protocols emergency & accident procedures
Good communicator
Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
Professional well-organised
Good time keeping and regular attendance
Flexibility to work weekdays (which will include early and late evenings shifts) and

weekends

Qualification Requirements:

• Valid NPLQ Qualification.
• First Aid & Defib Qualification
• To undertake a DBS check
• Complete ongoing safeguarding training
