Learning should feel energising human and useful not a tickbox exercise.

In this role youll be reporting to the Head of Learning & Talent and will be part of a small team of Learning Performance Consultants where youll design and deliver learning experiences that help people grow in ways that really matter. Youll blend learning design facilitation and coaching to create programmes that challenge and inspire leaders and teams across the organisation.

Youll have the space to be creative to influence how learning shows up across the organisation and to grow your impact from leading highprofile programmes to shaping future learning strategy.

What youll do

• Design and deliver impactful leadership management and team development programmes.
• Create blended learning experiences across virtual digital and inperson formats.
• Facilitate engaging sessions host events and coach individuals with confidence and warmth.
• Use storytelling behavioural psychology and learning science to make learning stick.
• Shape learning flows agendas and experiences that feel connected and memorable.
• Use insight and feedback to continuously improve learning impact.
• Partner with colleagues and external providers to deliver highquality solutions.

Qualifications :

• Experience designing and facilitating blended learning.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• A creative peoplecentred approach to learning.
• Confidence working with diverse groups at all levels.
• Curiosity empathy and a genuine passion for helping others grow.
• The ability to turn insight into practical engaging learning.

Additional Information :

Based in Scotland this role offers the best of both worlds working primarily from home while staying connected through regular time at our Dundee head office. A monthly visit is encouraged with some flexibility for occasional shortnotice attendance. Youll also have opportunities for occasional travel across the UK and into Europe to support our events and programmes.
