Job Summary
This role will be permanent and the shift pattern will be as follows:
Sunday - Thursday 10.30pm 6.30am.
Salary - From 41251.82 per annum
This role contributes directly to efficient production flow product quality and ontime delivery by maintaining accuracy in batch preparation upholding housekeeping and safety practices and working collaboratively as part of the wider manufacturing team.
- All paint-making activities following training such as handling raw materials monitor mixing blending and dispersion process
- Decant fill and package products
- Accurately following manufacturing procedures and highlighting deviations
- Accurate recording of information
- Involvement in improvement activities
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment through daily housekeeping and adherence to 5S practices.
- Report equipment faults deviations or hazards promptly to supervisors or maintenance teams.
- Comply with Beckers Health and Safety policy and all Beckers procedures
