We are looking for a Production Analyst to join our growing team in Campsie Derry/Londonderry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting production performance improving efficiency and driving data-led decision-making across our manufacturing operations.
The Role:
As a Production Analyst youll work closely with Operations Production Engineering and Planning teams to transform data into actionable insights that improve productivity quality and operational performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Analysing production metrics KPIs and operational performance data.
- Identifying trends risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Producing daily weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitoring manufacturing efficiency downtime and quality metrics.
- Supporting root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Developing dashboards and visualisations to communicate performance.
- Supporting capacity planning and production scheduling activities.
- Maintaining production databases and reporting systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence programmes.

Essential Skills Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Business Analytics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics.
Desirable Skills Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with statistical analysis techniques.
- Previous experience within electronics engineering or critical infrastructure manufacturing environments.
