Operations Leader provides significant input to the broader strategic plan of the higherlevel business unit ensuring alignment between operational capabilities commercial ambitions and longterm growth objectives.

Operations Leader responsible for testing validating and implementing new commercial offerings in the market. Plays a key role in shaping the business units direction by contributing to the development of comprehensive business plans and evaluating the operational impact of upcoming initiatives. Actively participates in crossdisciplinary discussions to assess future trends organizational implications and strategic opportunities.

As an Operations Leader you will be responsible for:

• Be part of development of new business models for Subsea Services
• Lead and drive projects from ideation to implementation and execution
• Collaborate with regions sales product management finance and leadership teams to ensure that performance of the new services delivers the results needed
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize models.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Have university degree in a technical field or equivalent with at least two years of proven experience People Management/ Team Management.
• Have 10 years of relevant business experience and operations Services Business Offshore operations
• Have strong understanding of Subsea Services market customer and value creation.
• Have project management experience for at least 2 years
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proactive and self-driven
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Strong analytical and structured working approach

• Works in a hybrid model combining remote work with onsite presence as required
• The role includes up to 30% travel
