Castle Employment have a great opportunity for a Workshop Supervisor/Manager to join a family run business in East Yorkshire
The role:
- Lead and support a small technical team while staying hands-on
- Oversee maintenance repairs and day-to-day workshop activity
- Plan and prioritise work to keep things moving efficiently
- Ensure high-quality standards and safe working practices
- Provide guidance and solve more complex technical issues
About you:
- Proven experience in a hands-on technical or workshop environment
- Confident working across a range of mechanical or technical tasks
- Strong people management skills with the ability to lead
- Organised practical and able to manage changing priorities
- Positive team-focused and quality-driven
- Awareness of health and safety in a workshop or technical environment
