As a Supervisor you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. You will work with the Senior GeneralManager to maximise revenue manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
We believe in work life balance. This is a full-time position and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hour per week. As reward you can expect a competitive rate of pay of 13.46 per hour.
Lets break it down! What are we looking for
Essential Criteria
- 1 years supervisor experience in a customer facing role
- Proven track record of organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Strong customer focus
Desirable Criteria:
- 1 years supervisor experience in a similar busy table service restaurant
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)
